The Fellowship Program is an innovative initiative by Akbar Kare Institute (AKI) designed to create a mutually beneficial collaboration with university students. This program aims to empower students with hands-on experience in the development sector while fostering a community of passionate advocates for AKI’s mission. This is a 6-month long program for University Students of Peshawar, where students will get a hands-on practical experience of working in the development sector, foster relationships with different stakeholders, and polish their skills over time.

One thing we can make sure and that is this program will bring the best out of you and will provide you with an experience and a team that you will carry with you throughout your life.

So, If

1. You are motivated and consistent enough to learn and grow for 6 months
2. Can give 3-4 hours per week online
3. Can spare a day in a month for a physical meetup
4. Already have or want to build relevant skills
5. Can work in a team, meet deadlines, and can work under pressure
6. And can be creative and bring new ideas

Then this fellowship is for you.

We will be selecting a total of 10 fellows against 10 different designations so please be sure it is going to be a tough competition. Each fellow will lead its team and will have exclusive access to higher management. After the fellowship, there will be six awards with each award having its significance and privilege along with a recognized certificate and shield. You are requested to answer all the questions with utmost honesty and keep in mind that this is not going to be an ordinary fellowship, but a real value-making program.
